Modern Caravan Park Investment in Yanıklar Neighborhood

An important investment aimed at caravan tourism has been realized in Yanıklar Neighborhood, one of Fethiye’s popular tourism areas. Established next to Karaot Public Beach, right by the sea, the new caravan park facility is preparing to become one of the region’s new attraction centers with its large capacity and offered amenities. Facility operator Nuri Karaisaoğlu stated that there are a total of 133 caravan spaces on approximately 19 dönüms of land and that they have created special usage areas averaging 80 square meters for each caravan.

All needs of caravan owners have been considered

Karaisaoğlu stated that they prioritize the comfort of caravan users and have implemented many services within the facility such as showers, toilets, changing cabins, laundry washing areas, and uninterrupted water infrastructure. He noted that the facility, located right on the sea coast, will be an important alternative especially for caravan lovers who want to enjoy a holiday immersed in nature. He said, “We planned all the services our guests may need and prepared our facility accordingly. Our water infrastructure reaches the entire land. We have made the necessary investments to ensure no problems occur in this regard.”

A special disposal system established for cassette toilets

Regarding the waste disposal system, one of the most important needs of caravan users, Karaisaoğlu stated that the necessary arrangements have been made and explained that two separate disposal areas have been created at the facility. He said they have prepared special infrastructure not only for caravans with cassette toilets but also for waste systems of new generation vehicles. He added, “One disposal area is located inside the building. Additionally, we have a separate system prepared exclusively for cassette toilet disposal. We want caravan users to feel comfortable about this.”

Different accommodation options from daily to annual

Karaisaoğlu mentioned that they started service as of June and offer daily, monthly, three-month, six-month, and annual accommodation options at the facility. He also stated that they will continue providing services after the summer season and that they have developed special solutions for citizens who want to keep their caravans in a secure area during the winter months. Karaisaoğlu said, “We have created a safe environment for our guests who want to leave their caravan for a long time. They will be able to leave their caravans here during the winter period as well. We especially receive serious demands from local residents in this regard.”

Special areas reserved for boats as well

Karaisaoğlu pointed out that services planned at the facility are not only for caravans but also for boats, saying they have created areas where small and large scale boats can be taken ashore and securely stored. Karaisaoğlu said they aim to serve boat owners as well and added, “We have reserved special sections for citizens who want to leave their boats on land for certain periods. We will also provide services in this area.”
