Healthcare Workers Gathered at the Ball in Muğla

Healthcare workers in Muğla took a short break from their intense work schedule and gathered at the Traditional Health Ball. In the 5th edition of this event, messages of unity and solidarity came to the fore, and certificates of appreciation were presented to personnel who have completed 30 years in the health sector.

The Traditional Health Ball, which brings together the health community in Muğla, was held for the 5th time this year. Healthcare workers, who undertake an important responsibility within a busy work tempo, found both morale and the happiness of meeting their colleagues at this special evening event.

The health community met on the same night

The night, hosted by Prof. Dr. Ethem Acar, Chief Physician of Muğla Training and Research Hospital and his management team, drew attention with its warm and sincere atmosphere. Many figures from the health world, along with healthcare workers and their families, attended the event.

The Traditional Health Ball was attended by the Head of Personnel Services of the Provincial Health Directorate, Ebru Taşık, Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences Prof. Dr. Ömer Gider, vice deans and academicians, Chief Physician of Menteşe State Hospital Op. Dr. Şadi Ballı and his management team, union representatives, many healthcare workers, and their families.

Certificates of appreciation for personnel completing 30 years

The most meaningful moments of the night were experienced during the gratitude ceremony organized for personnel who have worked in the health sector for many years. Certificates of appreciation were presented to personnel who completed 30 years in healthcare for their efforts and devoted services to date.

During the certificate ceremony, the importance of the self-sacrificing duties carried out by healthcare workers over the years was emphasized. Participants experienced emotional moments as employees who have spent many years in the profession were honored with applause.

Messages of unity and solidarity were given

After the presentation of the certificates of appreciation, a cake was cut with the participation of protocol members and hospital staff to immortalize the memory of the night. The organization highlighted the sense of unity, solidarity, and being a family within the health community.
