Emergency health services were evaluated on-site in Kavaklıdere
Muğla Provincial Health Director Dr. Eriş Başaran Akça visited and examined Emergency Health Services Station No. 1 and Emergency Health Services Station No. 2 Çayboyu, serving in the Kavaklıdere district.
Within the scope of the visit, emergency health services provided in Kavaklıdere were evaluated on-site, addressing the physical conditions of the stations, service delivery processes, the working environment of the personnel, as well as current needs and demands.
Meeting with healthcare workers serving at the stations, Provincial Health Director Dr. Eriş Başaran Akça received information from officials about ongoing efforts. Akça also listened to the opinions and suggestions of the personnel, emphasizing that the demands and needs of healthcare workers on the field are of great importance for improving service quality.
During the visit, efforts to enhance the effectiveness of emergency health services and to provide citizens with faster, more reliable, and higher-quality health services were evaluated. Additionally, the importance of closely monitoring field needs and maintaining constant communication with healthcare workers was highlighted.
Muğla Provincial Health Directorate announced that field visits and evaluation activities aimed at improving the quality of emergency health services provided to citizens will continue.
