The 37th Term Muğla District Heads of the Republican People's Party (CHP) announced their resignation from CHP membership in a joint statement to the public.

"Our objection is not towards individuals. Our objection is to the impairment of the natural functioning of democratic politics, the organizational will becoming questionable, and the people's demand for change being left unanswered."

In line with these reasons, the resignation from CHP membership was shared with the public.

Statement of support for the new political movement

The joint statement indicated that the resignation does not mean moving away from the fundamental values of the Republic, and that commitment to democracy, rule of law, and the people's will will continue on a different political ground.
