2026 Youth Agricultural Camps started in Bodrum
The first of the 6th Youth Agricultural Camps organized this year by Bodrum Municipality Agricultural Services Directorate started at Garaova Agricultural Park.
Throughout the one-week camp program, participants will attend theoretical and practical trainings on many topics, especially agriculture, food, and livestock, and will have the opportunity to examine the production processes on-site through field trips to be organized. Within the scope of the camp, youth will get to know Bodrum's rural values closely, experience agro-tourism routes, and live a camp process intertwined with nature.
In addition to the training program, supported by social, cultural, and sports activities, participants will meet the sea with events to be held on Yalıçiftlik coast, and will also have the opportunity to explore the city's natural and cultural riches with panoramic Bodrum tours and various activities.
The Youth Agricultural Camps organized by the Agricultural Services Directorate aim for young people to gain awareness about sustainable agriculture, local production, and rural life, strengthen their connection with nature, and experience production processes on site.
The camps, which will continue throughout the summer period with the participation of different groups, aim to provide participants with a camp experience rich both educationally and socially.
