Meaningful Support from Yatağan Municipality to LGS Candidates and Their Families

As in the rest of Turkey, the excitement of the High School Transition System exam was experienced in Yatağan district of Muğla. While students sweat it out for the exam that will shape their future, Yatağan Municipality stood by both students and their families on this important day.

Yatağan Mayor Mesut Günay visited the exam centers in the district as the exam started. Meeting with parents waiting in schoolyards, Günay wished success to the students taking the exam and patience and ease to their families.

Morale from Mayor Günay to the Students

Mayor Mesut Günay, who visited the exam centers one by one, emphasized that the students have left behind a long and tiring preparation process, and wished that all candidates taking the exam would receive the reward for their efforts.

Günay expressed that students have worked with great determination to enroll in their targeted schools and said they wanted to share this excitement and make them feel their support.

In his statement, Mayor Günay said, "I sincerely wish that all our students taking the exam get the best possible results for their efforts. I also thank the teachers who raised them and the valuable families who always stand behind them."

Emphasizing that Yatağan Municipality has always prioritized education and youth, Mayor Günay stated that they will continue to support the youth regardless of the exam results.

Free Refreshments for Parents

Yatağan Municipality also set up refreshment stands for parents who were eagerly waiting in schoolyards for their children to finish the exam, as well as for exam officials.

Municipality teams established free refreshment stands in front of two exam centers where there was heavy traffic in the district. During the exam, the stands remained open and offered tea, water, and various refreshments to parents and officials.

Families waiting for their children throughout the exam expressed their satisfaction with the service provided by Yatağan Municipality. Parents thanked Mayor Mesut Günay and the municipality teams for not forgetting them on such an important day filled with exam excitement.

The support provided by Yatağan Municipality on LGS day contributed both to the motivation of the students and to the morale of families waiting at the exam centers.
