Governor Akbıyık met with citizens in Yeşilüzümlü
Muğla Governor Dr. İdris Akbıyık, together with Fethiye District Governor Fatih Akkaya, visited Yeşilüzümlü Neighborhood and met with citizens affected by the fire and volunteers supporting the extinguishing efforts.
Governor Akbıyık, who met with neighborhood residents one by one, emphasized that the state is on the field with all its means, closely following the process by listening to the demands and needs of the citizens.
Thanking the teams working on controlling the fire, preventing its spread, and cooling efforts, Akbıyık stated that the dedicated support of volunteer citizens is also of great importance.
In his statement, Governor Akbıyık said, "Thanks to this great solidarity and spirit of unity exhibited, we overcome difficult days together. I once again extend my get well wishes to all citizens affected by the fire."
Emphasizing that the field work carried out in the region continues uninterruptedly, Akbıyık noted that works will continue in coordination with all relevant institutions and organizations to heal the wounds of citizens affected by the fire as soon as possible. (NewsCenter)
