Students visited Ölüdeniz and Kayaköy

Giving information about the Pen Pal project and the trip event, Nilüfer Kosku, President of ÇYDD Fethiye Branch, said, “Within the scope of the Pen Pal Project organized by our ÇYDD Fethiye Branch in the 2025-2026 academic year, 10 of our students were paired with 10 students from our Afyon Branch, and our students communicated by writing letters to each other throughout the year.

At the end of the project, to introduce and unify our students and to exchange information, the Chairperson of the Board of Directors Serap Öztürk and other board members Sevgi Tunca and Şule Türker from the Afyon ÇYDD Branch brought ÇYDD Afyon Branch students to Fethiye. We welcomed our ÇYDD Afyon Branch students at the bus station and took them to our Fethiye ÇYDD Branch, where we hosted them. After the meeting for introduction, information exchange, and fellowship held at our association, we toured the important tourism spots of our city, Ölüdeniz and Kayaköy, for our guests. When sending off our students, they all expressed that they became very close friends in a short time with their new friends and that they wanted to meet again in the future. We thank the Muğla Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports for approving the accommodation of our students at the dormitory and our other sponsors,” she said.
