Consecutive fires in Muğla: Teams are fighting in three locations
While the Muğla Regional Directorate of Forestry teams were fighting the fire in the Kavaklıdere district, fire reports also came from Milas and Ortaca in the evening hours. Thus, the teams started to intervene in fires that broke out at three different points simultaneously.
Initially, the fire near Kurucuova Neighborhood in Kavaklıdere district was intervened from air and land. As a result of the intensive efforts of the teams, it was learned that the impact of the fire has decreased to some extent.
At around 17:00, a fire broke out in Kazıklı-Bozbük area of Gürçamlar Neighborhood in Milas district. It was reported that the fire, growing due to the wind, was spreading towards the forested area.
Shortly after, a fire report also came from Gölbaşı Neighborhood in Ortaca district. Teams dispatched to the region continue their efforts to bring the flames under control.
The Muğla Regional Directorate of Forestry teams are intervening simultaneously in fires at three different points with aerial and ground units, and efforts to control the fires continue nonstop.
