Every intervention made within 15 days automatically creates an "additional protocol" in the background. This additional document is recorded as a legal and inseparable part of the main rental contract. Authorities in the Muğla real estate market state that the application will play a major role in overcoming bureaucratic blockages. Legally, the parties' position is strengthened.

The integration of the system in Muğla and across Turkey was planned step-by-step. The first phase was passed on November 4, 2024. Citizens started transferring their rental transactions among themselves to e-Government from this date.
