Circumcision festival organized for 19 children in Muğla
Within the scope of the Muğla circumcision festival, 19 children and their families came together at events held in Dalyan. The program kept the foundation tradition alive.
In the circumcision festival organized in Muğla within the framework of the Sultan II. Bayezid Foundation endowment under the General Directorate of Foundations, 19 children and their families experienced an unforgettable day. The event, enriched with a boat tour, circumcision prayer ceremony, Ottoman military band performance, and gift presentations among Dalyan's unique natural beauties, once again demonstrated the spirit of solidarity and sharing.
Foundation Tradition Preserved in Muğla
The Muğla program of circumcision festivals, carried out nationwide by the General Directorate of Foundations, was held in the Ortaca district in coordination with Aydın Regional Directorate of Foundations. In the organization conducted under the framework of the Sultan II. Bayezid Foundation endowment, 19 children were circumcised while their families had the opportunity to share in the joy of their children on this special day.
Program Starting Immersed in Nature at Dalyan
The event began with a Sazlık Boat Tour arranged among the unique natural beauties of Dalyan. Children and their families had the chance to closely observe Dalyan’s natural texture during the boat trip, creating enjoyable moments during the first section of the program. After the boat tour, the Circumcision Mevlid was held at Dalyan Mosque.
Festival Enthusiasm at Günlükü Restaurant
The continuation of the program took place at Günlükü Restaurant in Dalyan Nature Park. Activities and surprises prepared for the children increased the day's excitement, while the Ottoman military band performance drew great interest. Food was served to guests, and bicycles, toys, and quarter gold coins were gifted to the circumcised children. The excitement of children attracted attention in the organization attended by mothers, fathers, and relatives.
Muğla Protocol Shared the Children's Joy
The program was attended by Ertuğrul Ercan, President of Dalyan Tourism Promotion Social Development and Education Foundation, Hanife Durak, Director of Ortaca Social Assistance Foundation, Yiğit Çakır, MHP District President, Mehmet Koldaş, Ortaca Red Crescent Representative, and Prof. Dr. Hasan Zafer Acar, President of the Turkish Mother and Child Health Foundation, who shared in the joy of the children and their families.
The protocol members closely interacted with the children at the event area, presented gifts to the circumcised children, chatted with the families, and took souvenir photos to commemorate the day. The children's happiness added color to the program.
