Muğla Governor Dr. İdris Akbıyık rewarded LGS champions with gold
Muğla Governor Dr. İdris Akbıyık received champion students who scored a perfect 500 by answering all questions correctly in the centralized exam under the High School Transition System (LGS), along with their families and teachers, at his office.
Governor Akbıyık expressed his pride and satisfaction with the success of students who ranked nationally in the LGS exam, emphasizing that this outcome was not a coincidence but achieved through disciplined work and unconditional support from families.
Pointing out that every support given to education is a solid step towards the future, Governor Dr. İdris Akbıyık said in his speech: "I wholeheartedly congratulate our children who made us and our Muğla proud by answering all the questions correctly in the exam. I believe that our children will play an important role in the future of our country by working with the same determination in their high school and university life."
Recalling that 2026 was declared the "Muğla Youth Year" in the city, Governor Akbıyık stated that the future of Muğla will be built with the energy and determination of young people, adding, "The outstanding success achieved by our children in the declared 'Muğla Youth Year' has been our greatest source of pride."
During the reception, Governor Dr. İdris Akbıyık personally engaged with the LGS champion students, discussing their future goals and preferred high schools, and rewarded the students with gold due to their determination and outstanding achievements.
Expressing his gratitude to the teachers and devoted families who contributed to this success, Governor Akbıyık concluded by saying, "With the motto 'The Energy of Youth, The Power of Muğla', we will continue to stand by our youth in their educational, scientific, and artistic journeys."
