Dolphins Welcomed Muğla Governor Akbıyık at Sea
The pod of dolphins that appeared during ghost net cleaning activities in Bodrum district of Muğla made a remarkable impression with their performance at the event.
During the event organized to clean ghost nets threatening marine life off Gündoğan, more than 10 dolphins seen in the area surfaced one after another, offering a visual spectacle.
Dolphins swimming around the boat conducting the cleaning work for a while attracted the attention of onlookers with their synchronized movements.
Governor Akbıyık and Protocol Watched with Interest
Muğla Governor İdris Akbıyık and accompanying protocol members closely followed the dolphins' performance. Especially the dolphins swimming for a long time at the front part of the seafood boat where Governor Akbıyık was located, performing almost like a show, created the most striking moments of the event.
During the minutes-long performance, the dolphins occasionally dived and emerged from the water, creating colorful scenes. Moments recorded with mobile phones gave unforgettable moments to those attending the event.
The dolphins, who unexpectedly accompanied the ghost net cleaning event, disappeared from sight after a while and moved towards the open sea.
