According to the weather forecast report from the General Directorate of Meteorology for Tuesday, July 28, 2026, the heat wave affecting the whole of Muğla will continue its effect in the new week. While the air temperature is expected to exceed 40 degrees in many districts of the province, citizens are especially advised to be cautious during the noon hours.

According to forecasts, the highest temperature will be measured in Ortaca at 42 degrees. It is predicted that the air temperature will reach 41 degrees in Dalaman, Köyceğiz, Milas, and Seydikemer.

Authorities recommend that especially the elderly, children, and citizens with chronic diseases avoid going outside during the hottest hours of the day between 11:00 and 16:00 unless absolutely necessary to prevent possible negative effects of high temperatures.
