Menteşe Municipality Rents Out 17 Properties: Here Are the Estimated Values and Temporary Guarantees
Menteşe Municipality is putting 17 properties it owns up for auction to be leased for 3 years. In the auction, which includes workplaces, kiosks, coffee houses, barbers, warehouses, and small industrial workplaces, the annual estimated values range from 11 thousand TL to 615 thousand TL, while the temporary guarantee amounts are set between 330 TL and 18,450 TL.
Menteşe Municipality announced that 17 properties under the jurisdiction and control of the municipality will be leased by auction method within the scope of Article 45 of the State Tender Law No. 2886.
The auction will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 14:30 at the Menteşe Municipality İskender Alper Konakaltı Cultural Center in the presence of the council.
Those wishing to participate in the auction must submit the required documents to the Menteşe Municipality Real Estate and Expropriation Directorate by Monday, July 6, 2026, at 17:00.
The highest estimated value is for the workplace at Zahire Market
The most notable property in the auction was the workplace located in Zahire Market, Balıbey Neighborhood, with 40 square meters of indoor and 300 square meters of open area.
Annual estimated value: 615 thousand TL
Temporary guarantee: 18,450 TL
Bidders wishing to participate in this property’s auction must prove that they have been operating in cafeteria management or cultural-art organization fields in Muğla for at least 5 years.
The second largest property is in Orhaniye Neighborhood
The workplace located in Narlı Area of Orhaniye Neighborhood, with 85 square meters of indoor and 3,536 square meters of open area, is also included in the auction.
Annual estimated value: 185 thousand TL
Temporary guarantee: 5,550 TL
A minimum of 5 years of sector experience is required for this property as well.

Various documents will be required from participants
Real and legal persons participating in the auction will be required to provide documents such as a temporary guarantee certificate, identity, residence certificate, a letter indicating no debt to the municipality, declaration of signature or circular of signature, and activity certificates.
For properties with agricultural land status, a Farmer Registration System document or Chamber of Agriculture farming certificate will be requested.
Menteşe Municipality announced that the tender specification can be obtained free of charge from the Real Estate and Expropriation Directorate during working hours.
