They joined hands for nature in Marmaris, cleaned Balıkaşıran Bay

Marmaris Municipality Cleaning Services Directorate teams and Marmaris Nature Volunteers conducted a cleaning event at Balıkaşıran Bay to raise environmental awareness and protect natural areas. 

During the work on the coastline and surrounding natural areas, volunteers and municipality teams joined hands to collect litter left in the environment. Within the scope of the event, 42 garbage bags of waste were removed from nature, contributing to the cleaning of the area. 

In a statement from Marmaris Municipality, it was emphasized that protecting natural beauties is a shared responsibility, saying, "We continue our efforts to protect our nature, keep our bays clean, and leave a more livable Marmaris for future generations. 

We thank the Marmaris Nature Volunteers and our municipality teams who contributed to this meaningful event," it was said. It was stated that environmental cleaning and nature conservation efforts will continue in cooperation with volunteers.
