Handover Ceremony at Karia Rotary Club
The handover ceremony for the 2026-2027 term of Bodrum Karia Rotary Club was held with an organized event.
At the club's traditional handover ceremony, the current president Vedat Altuğlu handed over his duty to the new term president Saide Kurt. The club management, stating that they acted under the motto "Unite for Good" during the 2025-2026 term, reported that they carried out activities on a local scale in the fields of education, social solidarity, women and child-focused projects, and environmental awareness.
Expressing that efforts will continue to increase in accordance with Rotary's international theme "Create Lasting Impact" in the new term, Karia Rotary Club's New Term President Saide Kurt included the following statements in her speech at the handover ceremony:
"We will work to produce projects that are sustainable, reach wider audiences, and whose effects will be felt for many years, while maintaining the strong spirit of solidarity our club has built so far."
During the ceremony, plaques of appreciation were presented to the board members and club members who served in the past term for their contributions.
