Yalıkavak Book Days brings readers together with publishers and authors
Considering culture and art as indispensable elements of urban life, Bodrum Municipality brings readers together directly with publishers, second-hand booksellers, and authors through Yalıkavak Book Days. Thousands of books in different genres are presented to visitors' appreciation at the stands set up in the event area, and along with newly published works, rare and second-hand books carefully selected by second-hand booksellers also attract interest. Book lovers will have the opportunity to meet their favorite authors thanks to the signing days to be organized, in addition to browsing and purchasing books. The talks to be held within the scope of the program will bring different perspectives related to literature, culture, and the world of thought to the participants.

The Yalıkavak coast has turned into a meeting point for culture and art
The event area established on the Yalıkavak coast creates a social and cultural meeting space beyond being just a place for book shopping. The stands, which draw intense interest from visitors throughout the day, feature works appealing to different age groups, and families and children also show interest in the event. Aiming to spread reading culture and encourage the sharing of knowledge, Yalıkavak Book Days aims to bring a new breath to cultural and artistic activities in the region. Combined with the coastal atmosphere, the organization offers a different experience both to Bodrum residents and vacationers during the summer season.

The event can be visited until August 9
