Ongoing projects and investments in districts were examined by President Aras
Ahmet Aras, President of the Coastal Municipalities Union and Muğla Metropolitan Municipality, inspected the ongoing investment and service works in the districts of Dalaman and Ortaca on site. During the visits, the needs, priorities, and ongoing projects of the districts were evaluated.
Muğla Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ahmet Aras, Secretary General Tayfun Yılmaz, Dalaman Mayor Sezer Durmuş, and Ortaca Mayor Evren Tezcan followed the works carried out in the districts on site and received information from the authorities.
Road and Infrastructure Investment Exceeding 545 Million TL
Muğla Metropolitan Municipality has started road and infrastructure investment works amounting to 545 million 574 thousand 920 TL in the districts of Ortaca, Dalaman, and Köyceğiz. Within the scope of the visit program, President Ahmet Aras inspected the road works completed in the second phase in Sarıgerme Neighborhood of Ortaca. Later, he visited the ongoing road construction works in the Güzelyurt Neighborhood under the third phase and received information.
President Aras stated that transportation comfort would significantly increase with the completion of the works in the region and that the investments continue according to the planned program.
Greenhouse Activities Discussed in Dalaman
President Aras and the accompanying delegation also received information about the activities carried out in the greenhouses at the Dalaman Municipality Agricultural Services Directorate during the Dalaman program. In the discussions emphasizing the importance of agricultural production to the regional economy, the needs of producers and future goals were evaluated.

By inspecting our ongoing works in Ortaca and Dalaman on site, we both received information about the projects being carried out and evaluated the investments to be made in the upcoming process.
We will continue to work in cooperation with our district municipalities to provide equal and quality service to every corner of Muğla. We will continue to produce with a sense of common wisdom and solidarity to implement projects that will improve the quality of life of our fellow citizens.”
