The list of companies with the best working environments, which thousands of candidates apply to by submitting their CVs, serves as a guide for those wanting to shape their future. WHO IS ON TOP ACCORDING TO THE 2026 RESULTS OF THE MOST POPULAR COMPANIES SURVEY?

Participation in the traditional survey held for the 17th time this year reached record levels. In total, more than 137,000 people gave their opinions in the extensive survey, which included 98,000 university students and about 40,000 young professionals. Shaped by the intense interest of the participants, the top partner on the list was Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAŞ). Becoming a giant brand in its field, TUSAŞ stood out as the first choice of young people setting career goals. Conducted by the research firm Realta Consulting, this prestigious study clearly revealed the current trends in the business world.

Compared to last year's data, the aviation giant climbed 12 ranks up, reaching 6th place in the overall standings. This major rise was recorded as concrete proof of the company's human resources strategy and value given to young people.
