Chief Prosecutors of Fethiye and Seydikemer Changed
As part of the 2026 Judicial and Administrative Judiciary Main Decree of the Judges and Prosecutors Council (HSK), the positions of many judges and prosecutors serving in the courthouses of Fethiye and Seydikemer have been changed.
According to the decree, Seydikemer Chief Public Prosecutor Gülşen Arslan was appointed to Diyarbakır Public Prosecutor's Office, while Fethiye Acting Chief Public Prosecutor Günşafak Karartı was assigned to the Nazilli Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. Fethiye Judge Şeyma Öztürk Karartı was also appointed to Nazilli Judgeship.
Emrah Ağır, Uğur Bengi, Gamze Kafalı Yılmaz, Erencan Yılmaz, Zeynep Hidayet Bengi, and Pınar Melisa Ağır, who served at the Fethiye Public Prosecutor's Office, were appointed to İzmir Public Prosecutor's Office, while Mehmet Burak Tek was sent to the Aladağ Public Prosecutor's Office.
Fethiye Judge Ali Fuat Doğan was appointed to Yeşilhisar Judgeship.
New appointments were also made to Fethiye and Seydikemer within the scope of the decree. Accordingly, Durmuş Ali Karakoca, Chief Public Prosecutor of Nevşehir, was appointed to the Fethiye Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, while Fethiye Public Prosecutor Akile Erol Ünlüer was assigned to Seydikemer Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
Veli Ecir, who served as Chief Public Prosecutor of İnegöl, was appointed as Acting Chief Public Prosecutor of Fethiye, and Tufan Güven, Public Prosecutor of Araban, was also included in the Fethiye Public Prosecutor's staff.
With the HSK decree, significant duty changes took place in the courthouses of Fethiye and Seydikemer, and the newly appointed officials are expected to begin their duties in the coming days.
