Due to the ongoing forest fire in Seydikemer, the Fethiye-Seydikemer-Antalya highway has been temporarily closed to civilian vehicle traffic for safety reasons.
Due to the ongoing forest fire in Seydikemer district of Muğla, the Fethiye-Seydikemer-Antalya highway has been temporarily closed to civilian vehicle traffic.

Authorities requested drivers to prefer alternative routes and not to park vehicles on intervention routes and especially on emergency lanes.

It has been reported that the directions of security forces on duty in the region and highway teams must be strictly followed to ensure safe traffic flow.

The statement by Muğla Governorship included the following:
"Due to the forest fire, the Fethiye - Seydikemer - Antalya highway has been temporarily closed to civilian vehicle traffic. It is important for our drivers to choose alternative routes and not to keep vehicles on intervention routes and especially on emergency lanes. The public is respectfully informed that the directions of the security forces and highway teams on site to regulate traffic flow must be strictly followed."
