Deadline Extension Warning from Fethiye National Real Estate to Citizens: Final Date December 31, 2026
Fethiye National Real Estate Manager Abdurrahman Atmanoğlu stated that the application and payment deadlines for Treasury properties with building registration certificates and 2/B lands have been extended until December 31, 2026, and made important warnings to eligible citizens.
Atmanoğlu explained that with the regulation made under Law No. 7579, the sale of Treasury properties where building registration certificates were obtained within the scope of zoning amnesty, 2/B lands, the sale and return procedures of agricultural lands belonging to the Treasury, application, and payment deadlines have been extended until the end of the year.
With the regulation made, citizens who did not apply within the period gained the right to reapply, and those who could not pay the notified sale price on time or those who did not pay more than two installments on time in installment sales can complete their procedures until December 31, 2026.
Moreover, for citizens who could not apply on time for returns related to 2/B lands under Law No. 6292, the application deadline was also extended until the same date. In the sale of Treasury properties with buildings that have building registration certificates within the scope of the provisional Article 16 of the Zoning Law, application and payment deadlines will continue until December 31, 2026.
Calling on citizens not to suffer loss of rights, Fethiye National Real Estate Manager Abdurrahman Atmanoğlu said that all rights holders covered by the scope should apply to National Real Estate Directorates and complete their procedures on time.
Emphasizing that applications should not be left to the last day, Atmanoğlu stated that it is important for citizens to complete their procedures early due to possible congestion towards the end of the year.
