After the announcement of the result, Aydınoğlu was applauded in the hall and thanked all the members for their trust. Speaking after being elected, Aydınoğlu emphasized that unity and solidarity are more important than the number of votes received. Highlighting that everyone will work toward the same goal in the Women's Assembly, Aydınoğlu said, "Today, it doesn't matter who got how many votes. We are all part of this assembly. I don't want anyone to be hurt. Very important tasks await all of us in the coming process. We will work for Fethiye in unity and solidarity."

Addressing the importance of women's solidarity, Aydınoğlu stated that they will act with a participatory, productive, and inclusive management approach in the new term. She expressed that they will develop projects to increase women's social, cultural, economic, and local governance participation in Fethiye and that the Women's Assembly will continue working in cooperation with all institutions and organizations, adopting a management approach based on collective wisdom and voluntariness.

Another important agenda item of the general assembly was the executive board elections. In the election where 11 candidates competed for the executive board membership, members cast their votes to determine the new administration.

The general assembly concluded with a group commemorative photo and well-wishes after the new board was determined. It was stated that in the new term, the Fethiye City Council Women's Assembly will continue its work to ensure women's more active participation in local decision-making mechanisms, raise awareness on gender equality, and implement social projects that will contribute to city life.
