Fethiye Municipality Renovates Zakkum Park

Fethiye Municipality Parks and Gardens Directorate teams have started landscaping work in Zakkum Park.

Within the scope of the works initiated to make the park look more aesthetic and functional, green spaces are being arranged, plant maintenance and environmental landscaping activities are being carried out.

The teams aim to create a living space where citizens can spend time more comfortably while preserving the natural texture of the park.

Upon completion of the works, Zakkum Park is expected to gain a more modern and organized appearance.

With the new regulation published in the Official Gazette, significant changes have been made to the norm staff system of municipalities. The regulation covering municipalities across Turkey also closely concerns the Muğla Metropolitan Municipality and its affiliated institutions. Director positions exceeding the norm staffing standards will be frozen, and when they become vacant, they will not be refilled and will be canceled by the decision of the municipal council.
