Giant Project from Fenerbahçe to Milas Kıyıkışlacık: A 586 Thousand Square Meter Living Area is Planned

Fenerbahçe Board Member Yusuf Buğra Tanık introduced the 'COVE 1907' project planned to be implemented in the Kıyıkışlacık Neighborhood of Milas district in Muğla. The project, which will not bring an investment burden to the club, aims to provide long-term and sustainable income.

Fenerbahçe Board Member Yusuf Buğra Tanık made statements about the "COVE 1907" project planned to be implemented in the Kıyıkışlacık Neighborhood of Milas district in Muğla at the Fenerbahçe High Council Meeting. Tanık stated that the project, planned on an approximately 586 thousand square meters area directly on the sea, is located about 10 minutes away from Milas-Bodrum Airport. He expressed that it is planned to have a total of 1907 living units in the project, referring to Fenerbahçe's founding year. Within the scope of the project, besides private pool villas consisting of 2+1, 3+1, 4+1, 5+1, and 6+1 options, it is aimed to build a marina with about 500 berths, a hotel, school, health center, golf course, as well as social, sports, and commercial areas. Tanık said that the aim is to turn the region into a living center that thrives all year round.

"Fenerbahçe will not be an investor"

Addressing the club's role in the project, Yusuf Buğra Tanık emphasized that Fenerbahçe will not invest any capital, will not use credit, and will not assume construction or sales risks in the project. Tanık stated that development, financing, construction, and sales processes will be carried out by the investor company, while Fenerbahçe will contribute to the project with its brand power and communication facilities. He noted that the revenues from sales and collections will be transferred to the club according to the terms stipulated in the contract, and expressed that the project aims to create a long-term and sustainable income model for Fenerbahçe. Additionally, Tanık said that various priorities and advantages are planned to be offered to Fenerbahçe members and fans within the scope of the project, underlining that the investment will provide significant contributions both for Milas and the Fenerbahçe community.
