Former Minister Fatma Betül Sayan's Day of Mourning!
Former Minister of Family and Social Policies, AK Party Social Policies Chair Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya and Deputy Minister of Transport Ömer Fatih Sayan's paternal aunt Kezban Akyol passed away in Seydikemer district of Muğla.
A funeral ceremony was held for the late Kezban Akyol at the Çaltılar Neighborhood Mosque in Seydikemer after the afternoon prayer. Following the funeral prayer, Akyol was sent off on her final journey with prayers at the Çaltılar Neighborhood Cemetery.
Alongside former Minister Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya, the funeral ceremony was attended by AK Party Muğla Metropolitan Municipality Mayoral Candidate Prof. Dr. Aydın Ayaydın, Yakup Otgöz, Önder Akdeniz, Fatih Akkaya, Mustafa Dilekli, Salih Murat Kara, AK Party Muğla Provincial Disciplinary Board Chair Celal Karakaş, Provincial Executive Board members Cihan Alkan, Abuzer Kartal, Emre Güçlü, and Salih Dündar, as well as AK Party Fethiye District Chair Kadir Saruhan, Seydikemer District Chair Ali Büklü, many political party representatives, public institution managers, and citizens.
The Sayan and Akyol families, who accepted condolences, were not left alone by protocol members and citizens attending the funeral. After the prayers read for the deceased Kezban Akyol, family members received condolences.
