Sector evaluation at the Trout facilities in the Eşen Basin

Head of the Aquaculture Department Tanju Özdemir and the accompanying delegation examined the trout breeding facilities operating in the Seydikemer Eşen Basin.
During the program held with the participation of Seydikemer District Governor Mustafa Dilekli, the delegation met with producers and evaluated the current situation of the aquaculture sector in the region.
In the meeting, sectoral and regional problems raised by the producers were addressed, and opinions were exchanged on solution proposals. Discussions focused on ensuring the sustainability of production, increasing efficiency, and further developing the sector.
Authorities stated that efforts continue in cooperation with public institutions, producers, and other stakeholders to strengthen the aquaculture sector and expressed that necessary steps will continue to be taken for the development of the sector.
