Dalaman Municipality Tea Garden Became a Meeting Point for Citizens

The Dalaman Municipality Tea Garden continues to be one of the most preferred social areas by citizens in the summer months. In interviews with citizens at the tea garden, positive opinions about the facilities offered by the park and the quality of life in Dalaman were shared.

Sevim Gedik, a retired civil servant living in Ankara who spends most of the year in Dalaman, expressed her admiration for the district. Gedik, who says she has acquired the summer house she has dreamed of for many years, stated that she lives in Hürriyet Neighborhood and frequently comes to Dalaman to take care of her grandchild.

Expressing her love for Dalaman's nature and living conditions, Gedik said she plans to settle completely in the district in the coming years, adding, "I have seen many places abroad but have not come across a place like Dalaman. Its nature, sunshine, and quality of life are really very beautiful. We spend time with our friends at the municipality tea garden, and our grandchild socializes here by playing."

Çiğdem Çağlar, who has been living in Dalaman since 2019, said that the municipality park is an important social area for families. Calling herself originally from Muğla, Çağlar said she and her grandchildren frequently use the park.

Commenting that the park especially becomes a meeting point for citizens in the summer months, Çağlar said, "Thanks to the shaded areas, exercise equipment, and children's playgrounds, we have a pleasant time here. While the children play safely, we chat with our friends. We can also use the park in the winter months. We benefit from the social and cultural activities here as well."

While citizens expressed their satisfaction with the social life supporting efforts of Dalaman Municipality, they emphasized that the district's natural beauties and quality of life continue to attract both domestic and foreign visitors.
