A covered marketplace is being established in Mazı, Bodrum
Construction work for a covered marketplace has started in Mazı Neighborhood by Bodrum Municipality.
Within the scope of the works carried out under the coordination of the Bodrum Municipality Directorate of Public Works, a covered marketplace is being built in Yukarı Mazı Area of Mazı Neighborhood. Within the project to be realized on a 1,743-square-meter area owned by the municipality, a covered marketplace of 700 square meters with a steel construction carry system will be constructed.
With the project realized as part of Bodrum Mayor Tamer Mandalinci's goal to expand covered marketplace investments across the district in line with the needs of the neighborhoods, it is aimed to provide the local residents and producers with a more modern, organized, and comfortable area.
Following the previously opened covered marketplaces in Yalıkavak, Kızılağaç, and Dirmil neighborhoods, with the completion of the investment initiated in Mazı Neighborhood, citizens will be able to shop in better conditions, and producers will be able to offer their products for sale in a protected and organized environment.
