Flagpoles in Bodrum have been maintained
Bodrum Municipality has completed planned maintenance and repair works on flagpoles throughout the district.
Mechanical systems and equipment were renewed on the flagpoles where our crescent-starred flag, one of the strongest symbols of our national unity and solidarity, is flying.
Within the scope of the works carried out by the Support Services Directorate Workshops Unit teams with the support of expert teams in the field, comprehensive maintenance and repair were carried out on the flagpoles located in the neighborhoods of Gümüşlük, Gündoğan, Müskebi and Turgutreis. During the works, ropes and connecting equipment were replaced, and maintenance and repairs of electric motors were carried out.
In addition, general inspections of the poles were conducted and necessary maintenance procedures were completed.
Moreover, maintenance, repair and mechanism inspections on flagpoles located at municipal service buildings and neighborhood head offices across the district are regularly carried out as part of a planned program.
