President Aras examined the 1 billion TL investment

Muğla Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ahmet Aras examined an investment with a cost of approximately 1 billion TL aimed at providing a permanent solution to Bodrum's chronic infrastructure problems...

Renewal works of the frequently bursting water transmission lines continue in Bodrum district of Muğla. The Muğla Metropolitan Municipality Water and Sewerage Administration (MUSKİ) teams, which split the main network of the transmission line providing drinking and utility water to the Bodrum Peninsula at the Torba junction into two, continue their efforts.

Ahmet Aras, Mayor of Muğla Metropolitan Municipality and former Mayor of Bodrum, inspected on-site the largest investment in the history of the Peninsula with a cost of approximately 1 billion TL for the complete renewal of the lines to provide a definite solution to the water cuts and water transmission line bursts experienced in Bodrum.

Announcing that the renewal works of the South Drinking Water Transmission Line are nearing completion, Ahmet Aras, President of the Coastal Municipalities Union and Muğla Metropolitan Municipality, said, "We have reached the end of the giant investment that will put an end to the water losses and fault-related interruptions Bodrum has experienced for years. Today, by making the last connection in the renewal works of the South Drinking Water Transmission Line, one of the most critical infrastructure investments of the Peninsula, we have left behind another important milestone.

We solve problems not with temporary solutions but with permanent investments. We continue to work to strengthen Bodrum's infrastructure, protect water resources, and provide uninterrupted service to our fellow citizens," he said.
