AK Party Fethiye District Chairman Kadir Sarıhan issued a message on the 10th anniversary of July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day. Kadir Sarıhan included the following expressions in his message:
"July 15 is a historical epic written with the spirit of unity and solidarity, where our nation defended its will, independence, and democracy. Our dear nation gave the whole world an unforgettable democracy lesson by showing courage and determination on that dark night, protecting its state and flag.
Today, our most important duty is to keep the spirit of July 15 alive, protect the legacy of our martyrs, not forget the sacrifices of our veterans, and carry our country to stronger tomorrows in line with the goals of the Turkey Century. As the AK Party, under the leadership of our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, we will continue to stand firm by national will, democracy, and the ideal of an independent Turkey. Our unity, togetherness, and brotherhood are the greatest strength of our country.
On this occasion; on the 10th anniversary of July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day, I remember all our dear martyrs who sacrificed their lives for our homeland with mercy and gratitude, and I extend my thanks to our heroic veterans. We have not forgotten, and we will not let anyone forget. The Name of Victory is Turkey, the Name of Strength is National Will. The will is ours, the victory is ours."
