The 5th Traditional Motivation Night organized by Menteşe State Hospital Chief Physician Op. Dr. Şadi Ballı and the administrative team was held this year with the 'White Night' concept. All participants attended the night dressed in white.
As part of the program, a boat tour was first organized at Akyaka Azmak, followed by dinner by the Azmak river. Employees had a short break from their busy work schedule and had the opportunity to spend time together and strengthen solidarity within the organization.
