Minister Yumaklı's good news of employment for 1,500 people in Seydikemer

Minister of Agriculture and Forestry İbrahim Yumaklı met with citizens in front of the municipal service building as part of the Seydikemer program. Minister Yumaklı, who was met with intense interest, addressed the citizens before the program and then took a commemorative photo with the participants. The program was attended by Muğla Governor İdris Akbıyık, AK Party Deputy Chair Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya, AK Party Muğla Deputy Yakup Otgöz, AK Party Muğla Provincial and district organizations, and many citizens.

Seydikemer Mayor B. Agriculture and Forestry Minister İbrahim Yumaklı, who thanked the citizens for their interest, said that Seydikemer's agricultural potential is of great importance for Turkey. Expressing that they extended the visit program due to Muğla's natural riches and production power, Yumaklı said, "We knew that one day would not be enough for Muğla. We added a second day to our program, but we saw that even the second day is not enough. I am very happy to be with you in this beautiful district where agriculture, nature, and greenery are intertwined."

Pointing out that Seydikemer is one of the districts that successfully maintain the balance between protection and production in agricultural production, Yumaklı said, "Seydikemer, which has a very diverse product pattern from 15 meters to 1200 meters altitude, delivers many products from pomegranate to olive to Turkey and all over the world. We continue our efforts to further develop this potential."

Good news for Organized Agricultural Zone

In his speech, Minister Yumaklı also touched upon the long-discussed Organized Agricultural Zone Project, stating that the project has reached an important stage. Yumaklı said, "Significant progress has been made especially in the Organized Agricultural Zone focused on milk production. Major obstacles in the process were removed under the coordination of our Governor. We have included the project in the investment program. God willing, by 2027, we will complete the necessary budget allocation, break ground, and present this important investment to the service of Seydikemer. I already wish it to be beneficial."
