Hockey Excitement in Yatağan Ended with the Cup Ceremony

The Interprovincial Hockey Tournament Summer Cup, organized by the Muğla Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, was completed after intense matches played at Yatağan Bozüyük Hockey Field. The teams that ranked in the tournament, which 12 teams competed in, received their cups and medals.

12 Teams Took the Field for the Cup

The Interprovincial Hockey Tournament Summer Cup, included in the activities program of Muğla Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, was held in Yatağan district. The event, organized at Yatağan Bozüyük Hockey Field, featured colorful scenes with the participation of athletes from different provinces.

A total of 12 teams competed in the tournament, including 6 girls and 6 boys teams. While the athletes fiercely competed for the cup on the green field, great excitement was experienced throughout the matches.

Teams Ranking in the Boys Category Became Clear

After challenging matches, the teams that ranked in the boys category became clear. In the boys category, Yatağan Ayser Kazım Eren Secondary School, Yatağan 100th Year Republic Secondary School, and MY Bozüyük Sports Club achieved rankings.

The struggle shown throughout the tournament was followed with great interest by both athletes and spectators. The event held in Yatağan was also an important meeting in terms of increasing interest in the hockey branch.

Joy of the Cup Experienced in the Girls Category

In the girls category, Bodrum Gündoğan Sports Club, Muğla Hockey Club, and Aegean Stars Sports Club were among the teams that ranked.

The athletes who ranked received their cups and medals at the ceremony held at the end of the tournament. The ceremony ended with a group photo shoot.

Emphasis on Institutional Support from Serkan Şen

Muğla Hockey Provincial Representative Serkan Şen, who made evaluations after the organization, expressed satisfaction with the successful completion of the tournament. Şen stated that such organizations are of great importance for the development of hockey and directing young people to sports.

The Interprovincial Hockey Tournament Summer Cup ended after the athletes were awarded their medals and cups. The organization contributed to the promotion of the hockey branch in Yatağan and provided young athletes with competition experience.
