After the forest fire that started in Gökçeovacık Neighborhood of Fethiye and advanced to İnlice Neighborhood was brought under control, Forest General Manager Bekir Karacabey made statements at the fire zone, stating that the first intervention to the fire was made within 6 minutes and that according to initial assessments, 200 hectares of land were damaged. Karacabey also emphasized that no burned forest area will be used for different purposes.
