Final Point from the Council of State: RES Project in Bodrum Cancelled
The decision of Muğla 1st Administrative Court to annul the “EIA Positive” decision regarding the Wind Power Plant (RES) project planned to be built in the area covering seven villages in Bodrum was approved by the Council of State. Lawyer Remzi Kazmaz, who followed the case, said the decision was an important legal gain for the local people.
