A new era in youth development from Muğlaspor
Muğlaspor is preparing for talent scouting across Muğla with a new model launched in youth development. The goal is to bring young footballers into the A Team and Turkish football.
Muğlaspor has undergone a new restructuring in football youth development and created a player scouting and development model covering the entire city. The green-white club aims to bring young talents in Muğla to the academy with the new system and prepare them for the A Team and Turkish football.

At Muğlaspor Football Academy, stepping outside the traditional football school understanding, player scouting will be conducted throughout the year in all districts including Bodrum, Fethiye, Marmaris, Milas, Ortaca, Dalaman, Yatağan, and Köyceğiz. Football schools and branch schools will also be considered as player development centers of the academy. Within the new model, players will undergo processes of scouting, evaluation, training invitations, and development reporting. The club will conduct decision-making processes more systematically with scouting coaches who will follow official matches and tournaments.

Muğlaspor Youth Coordinator Serdar Yıldırım stated that they aim to establish a permanent system in the youth setup, saying, "As Muğlaspor, we are not after short-term successes. Our goal is not only to develop good football players, but also to raise disciplined players with a strong sense of belonging who carry the Muğlaspor culture and character. We are determined to make Muğla's children the future of Turkish football."
