National Archer from Muğla Hazal Burun Advanced to the World Cup Final

The fourth and final stage of the World Cup Series, organized by the World Archery Federation in Mexico, China, and Turkey, concluded in Madrid, the capital of Spain. Muğla Metropolitan Municipality archer Hazal Burun, who attracted attention with her successful results throughout the season, ranked in the top 8 among 130 athletes and advanced to the World Cup finals.

Hazal Burun to Compete on the Podium in Mexico Successful national athlete Hazal Burun secured a spot among the top eight most successful athletes of the season with the points she collected in the World Cup Series. Hazal Burun will represent both Turkey and Muğla Metropolitan Municipality at the World Cup Finals, to be held on September 12-13, 2026, in Saltillo, Mexico. Muğla Metropolitan Municipality Continues Its Tradition of Success in Archery Muğla Metropolitan Municipality athletes continue to attract attention with their successes in international competitions. Last year, at the 2025 World Cup Finals, Emircan Haney, a national archer from Muğla Metropolitan Municipality, became the World Cup champion with his outstanding performance, bringing a historic achievement to Turkish archery.
