Muğla Metropolitan's National Archer in the World Cup Final

The fourth and final stage of the World Cup Series, organized by the World Archery Federation in Mexico, China, and Turkey, was completed in Madrid, the capital of Spain. Hazal Burun, the archer of Muğla Metropolitan Municipality who drew attention with her successful results throughout the season, advanced to the World Cup finals by ranking among the top 8 out of 130 athletes.

Hazal Burun Will Compete for the Podium in Mexico

Successful national athlete Hazal Burun secured a place among the top eight athletes of the season with her points collected in the World Cup Series. Hazal Burun will represent both Turkey and Muğla Metropolitan Municipality at the World Cup Finals, which will be held on September 12-13, 2026, in Saltillo, Mexico.

Muğla Metropolitan Continues Its Tradition of Success in Archery

The athletes of Muğla Metropolitan Municipality continue to stand out with their achievements in international competitions. Last year, Emircan Haney, the national archer from Muğla Metropolitan Municipality, became the World Cup champion with his outstanding performance at the 2025 World Cup Finals, bringing a historic success to Turkish archery.
