Good News of the “24-Hour Living Stadium” for Fethiye
As part of the visit of the Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Osman Aşkın Bak to Fethiye, good news was given about the new generation stadium project that lives every hour of the day with shopping areas in the district. Fethiyespor Club announced that the project, to be realized as the "Fethiye Model," will add significant value to the district.
The Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Osman Aşkın Bak visited Fethiye within the scope of the Muğla program together with General Director of Investment and Operations Prof. Dr. Süleyman Şahin. The visit was also attended by Fethiyespor Club President Esat Bakırcı, District Director of Youth and Sports Harun Reşit Yiğit, and former club executives Nurkaya Gündoğdu.
In the statement made by Fethiyespor Club, it was announced that Minister Bak gave the good news of the "24-hour living stadium" project to the district, and that the project, which will be implemented under the name "Fethiye Model," has started.
According to the statement, the new stadium will have shopping areas underneath and the facility will serve as a social living center that is alive every hour of the day, not only on match days. The project is aimed to become one of Fethiye’s new attraction centers.
The club administration thanked President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Osman Aşkın Bak, General Director of Investment and Operations Prof. Dr. Süleyman Şahin, Muğla Governor Dr. İdris Akbıyık, AK Party Muğla deputies Kadem Mete and Yakup Otgöz, AK Party Muğla Provincial Chairman Cengizhan Güngör, Provincial Director of Youth and Sports Kazım Açıkbaş, Fethiye District Governor Fatih Akkaya, Fethiye Mayor Alim Karaca, and AK Party Fethiye District Chairman Kadir Sarıhan for their contributions to the realization of the project.
Additionally, the club expressed gratitude to AK Party Rize Provincial Chairman Yılmaz Katmer for his support throughout the process.
