President Akdenizli: "This year will be the year"
Seydikemerspor's 17th Ordinary General Assembly was held at the Seydikemer Municipality Council Meeting Hall.
In the election with a single list, the current President B. Önder Akdenizli was re-elected as president, renewing confidence.
Seydikemerspor's 17th Ordinary General Assembly was held with intense participation at the Seydikemer Municipality Council Meeting Hall. The congress began with a moment of silence and the singing of the National Anthem. Bora Çetin assumed the presidency of the council, while Halil Mert and Uğur Çaylı served as assistants.
At the general assembly, the activity report and financial report were unanimously approved by the delegates, and in the election with a single list, Seydikemer Mayor and Seydikemerspor Club President B. Önder Akdenizli was re-elected as president, renewing confidence.
Speaking at the congress, President Akdenizli stated that Seydikemerspor is a long-established sports club founded in 1978 under the leadership of the late Boyacı Mehmet Günay, and thanked all presidents, managers, and the sports community who contributed to the club's progress to the present day.
Recalling that in the 2023 general assembly the club's name was changed from Seydikemer Belediyespor to Seydikemerspor, Akdenizli said, "This team is not just the value of one institution but the common value of our 65 neighborhoods and all the people of Seydikemer. This emblem, these colors, and this club are Seydikemer itself."
